Even before CovId, many finance companies practiced “flexible dress code” where did not need to suit up everyday. However, it didn’t mean professional executives who handled multi-million dollar asset accounts could show up at work dressed in shorts or PJs. It just meant they can wear a Blazer or a Sportcoat instead of a suit and yet look presentable.
