What is the main difference between CUSTOM MEN and other Custom Tailors? |

Most Custom Tailors just take your measurements and outsource the orders to some factory in Asia. They don't have control on the factory and are therefore not custom tailors but mere handling agents or middle men. At Custom Men, you don't deal with middle men. We have our own factory and our own tailors which cuts a lot of costs and enables us to pass on the savings to you. Furthermore, we buy our fabrics directly from the manufacturers in England, Belgium & Italy. Having our own factory and buying direct from fabric houses makes is the major difference between Custom Men and other so called "Custom Tailors". |

Service: Custom Men has an established base in New York City and stays behind its products by providing service and free alterations upto 1 year. Many tailors just visit clients once or twice a year in a hotel room and try to shy away from client's complaints or fit issues by advising them to get the clothes tailored by some other tailor or giving them mega discounts. We can copy your favorite suit or shirt both style and size wise. We have over 15000 fabrics and countless styles (30 different collar styles for shirts alone). If you lose or gain weight, we will provide 1 year alterations FREE. You can Shop Online if you can't make it to New York. |

I am on a limited budget; can I buy just one custom suit or one custom shirt? |

Yes you can, however our pricing is based on customers seeking a Three suits' or Eight shirts' package. If you buy less then three suits or eight shirts, your order will be handled as a non-sale item and charged differently. If you're on a limited budget, look out for our semi-annual 2 for 1 offers, as you get designer custom clothes at 50% discount prices during that period. Do you carry fabrics such as Super 230's ? |

No, we don't. All our fabrics are AUTHENTIC fabrics. They are thoroughly tested and go thru 6 phases of R&D (Research & Development), before we actually offer them to our clients. Lot of custom tailors advertise "Super 230's" and "Super 250's" for dirt cheap prices to attract customers and make a quick Sale. We believe in long term relationships & never cheat our clients. |

Are your suits and shirts pre-made in regular sizes and you just adjust them? |

Absolutely not. That approach never works. We have over 15,000 fabrics and you can choose any particular fabric you like and we will customize it for you. Every individual is built differently and we give you multiple fittings, to assure a perfect fit. |

How come you have Armani fabrics and most tailors don't? |

Mr. Armani is very selective. He only supplies fabrics to the finest tailors and fabric dealers. We are proud to be one of them. |
